Presentation

Since its creation, La Maison Pariès has combined traditional know-how, creativity and innovation to propose tasty Basque treats of sheer excellence, all based on a high level of demand for their raw ingredients. Françoise and Alain Girardot-Pariès in fact set up a cooperative scheme in Madagascar to benefit from their own cocoa bean. In 2013, they also planted 4,500 hazel trees in Urrugne. Today, they pursue their passion, with Françoise's daughter Céline, the fifth generation, continuing to write the family saga. La Maison Pariès also awards importance to the seasonal character of its products.
